What is the Consultation?


During your stay all we ask is that you, the owner attends a consultation regarding your maintenance fees.  This is done over breakfast or lunch and does not involve any tours of resorts or apartments

For the consultation you will need to bring the following with you

·A copy of your deeds
·The original purchase agreement
·A copy of your last maintenance bill

We can not guarantee that we can help everyone, as every owner is unique and will be in a different situation; however we do have a high success rate of helping free 7 out of 10 owners from their annual fees.

During your consultation we will also take time to show you our unique direct booking service which is maintenance free - You are under no obligation, we would just like the chance to show you a more cost effective way of travelling!
